Participating in the Employer Brand Stars recognition program is easy. All you need to do is complete the 4 easy steps below and you will be on your way to an exciting journey of recognition and reputation.
Hints & Tips for Registrations
Entries are assessed utilising a rigorous and dynamic framework to ensure that the assessment process is pertinent and objective.
The assessments are based on six criteria:
- Creativity
- Innovation
- Planning
- Execution
- Effectiveness
- Result
In your documents (videos, images, presentations, spreadsheets, text documents as well as links to online channels) please provide us with the following information:
- Explain why and how you identified a need for your project.
- Describe what planning and development went into the project? (You can give examples of creativity and innovation; who are involved, the process, etc.)
- What reaction has there been? (From employees and candidates)
- Please supply proof of success (e.g. statistics, financial results, ROI, etc. You can include employee and candidate testimonials
- What are the projections for future success?

Registration
Create your account and provide your company and contact details.
STEP 02
Categories
Choose one or more award categories. You can add further categories later.
STEP 03
Supporting Materials
Upload the documents, images, presentations and links that support your entry.
STEP 04
Payment
Complete your application and arrange payment by card, PayPal or bank transfer.
The application fee is €680 + 20% VAT per category. You can enter more than one category. The application fee applies separately to each category selected.
