Hints & Tips for Registrations

Entries are assessed utilising a rigorous and dynamic framework to ensure that the assessment process is pertinent and objective.

The assessments are based on six criteria:

  • Creativity
  • Innovation
  • Planning
  • Execution
  • Effectiveness
  • Result

In your documents (videos, images, presentations, spreadsheets, text documents as well as links to online channels) please provide us with the following information:

  • Explain why and how you identified a need for your project.
  • Describe what planning and development went into the project? (You can give examples of creativity and innovation; who are involved, the process, etc.)
  • What reaction has there been? (From employees and candidates)
  • Please supply proof of success (e.g. statistics, financial results, ROI, etc. You can include employee and candidate testimonials
  • What are the projections for future success?

Fill in your company information. This section requires the name of the person (applicant on behalf of your company) and company name, address, etc.

Make payment

Pay with credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. For bank transfers, you will receive a registration number to state as reference during transfer.

Upload documents

Upload a variety of documents to showcase your project. Videos, images, presentations, spreadsheets, text documents as well as links to online channels.
