Eligibility

Organisational participation in the Employer Brand Stars Awards includes private companies, not-for-profit organisations and government organisations operating around the world.

Organisations are required to demonstrate their achievements across the key areas of Employer Brand Strategy development and implementation, Employer Brand and Business Alignment, Leadership, Employee Wellness, Employee Recognition, Internal and External Communication, Use of Digital.

Scope

Participating organisations are provided with the unique opportunity to benchmark themselves against the top performers globally. The recipients are acknowledged for their achievements and recognised as the elite of their industry earning a place amongst a distinguished group by having their projects, initiatives and achievements recognised on a prominent and far-reaching scale.
