Reaching for the stars… That is what we as employer brand professionals indeed do – working hard around the clock to build inspiring brands that shine brighter than the competition. And we know that our efforts will  always bear fruits. By trying to do better each time, we will take our brands, organisations and ourselves to new heights even if we fail to become perfect.

That being said, it is no secret that employer brand is one of the most misconceived concepts in today’s business management landscape. And unfortunately, employer brand recognition programs get their fair share of this misconception too.
