ALIM ERGINOGLU

Alim Erginoglu started his career in Koç Holding as a Management Trainee in 1996 and worked for Koç Holding companies Arcelik and Beko as a Corporate Relations specialist. He then continued his career in the UK as a management consultant, working for Whichcontent, ISR, Towers Perrin, Ipsos MORI and Willis Towers Watson managing various Employee Experience, Engagement, Culture Change, Communications and Leadership projects in EMEA region and helping a wide number of sectors, in their “Engagement Journeys”.

He studied International Relations in Bilkent University and got his M.Sc. Degree in European Union Politics at the Jean Monnet Institute.

As a three times cancer survivor, Alim is passionate about raising awareness about cancer and he has been volunteering for Cancer Research UK, 10+ years. He also published a book titled “Bir Turk, Bir Ingiliz ve Uc Kurusluk Dunya (A Turk, a Brit and a Three Penny World)” where he told about his experience with cancer and his subsequent 200 day journey with his wife Rachel around South East Asia. Alim is married with two children and lives in Oxford.
