With a successful track record of high performance results during her career with local and multinational companies, Pinar Akkaya has been involved in almost every aspect of HR. Her HR management experience includes prestigious positions in highly reputable companies such as Nike, Leroy Merlin and Li&Fung.

Pinar is a certified trainer with World Bank, an accredited INSIGHTS facilitator with Insights Benelux, a certified intercultural consultant with Berlitz Paris, a certified Trimetrix trainer with TTI Insights Turkey, a member of International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a certified trainer in Personal Branding&Image with London Image Institute. Since 2017, she has regularly participated as judge in international HR competitions such as Stevie Awards, BOC Brilliance HR and Brilliance IC Awards and Employer of Choice Awards.

In 2011, Pinar launched Signature Communication, her own training company. Signature specializes in communication, intercultural and leadership training. Pinar’s second brand, Collaï, specializes in strategic facilitation for meetings and in-house facilitator training. Signature and Collaï’s references include several reputable multinational companies. She is also the founder of Apm Club Istanbul, permanent facilitator of Apm Club London Trigger, a member of the Strategic Committee of Excelia Business School in La Rochelle, France since 2013 and a lecturer in European School of Economics in London.

Fluent in English and French, Pinar is in demand as a keynote speaker, strategic facilitator and senior trainer. She holds an advanced degree on wine & viticulture from WSET London. At Juliette Wine, her exclusive brand for wine business, she trains senior executives on wine culture, offers private group tastings and does wine pairing for large corporate events.
