Ocean Fu is the Dean of Employer Branding Institute. Miss Fu has been in marketing and project management in various fields and have working experience in Toronto, Shenzhen, Shanghai and other cities for more than 20 years.

Her rich experience in market resources and management made her well-versed in creative communication and brand cultivation. She has worked for many years in Robert Walters, a well-known UK listed headhunting firm and Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 company as Marketing Director of North Asia. Her use of innovative and cross border marketing methods to create benchmark projects in the human resource industry has allowed her to carve a name for herself in the market. Miss Fu founded the Employer Branding Creativity Award in China, which becomes the largest EB award in China.

She is committed to influence the HR industry and is particularly resourceful in using marketing thinking to help the HR department solve their problems. She is determined to promote the HR industry with marketing and creative thinking and is constantly leading the WINGs team to create new and creative integrated marketing platforms.
