Ece Süeren, is an experienced HR leader, Corporate Wellbeing strategist, keynote speaker, and thought leader with extensive experience in people, culture, leadership, and organizational transformation. Her professional journey, combined with her background in sports, has shaped her distinctive perspective on performance, resilience, energy, and sustainable success.

Ece specializes in corporate wellbeing, employee experience, leadership development, organizational culture, sustainable productivity, and future of work. She is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, ICF-accredited Co-Active Coach, and POY Facilitator. Ece, served as the President of PERYÖN Ege Branch and also as İzmir Chapter Lead of Arya Investment Platform, contributing to the development of the HR, business, and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
